The first prototype they've shown is a stunning transparent Android phone. No, don't go back to read that again, check out the concept renders - they are even more mind-blowing.
The Mobiado concept phone is called CTP002 is basically one big, transparent sapphire glass with two titanium edges on the left and right. The glass is a color capacitive touchscreen. We know it's only a concept and from a technical standpoint it seems all but impossible, but the Mobiado CTP002 is a joy to behold.

Still, Mobiado's plan to cram in the SIM card slot a chipset that's powerful enough to run Android and a battery with enough juice for the phone to run more than a minute is science fiction with today's technology.
But not having access to the technology of tomorrow doesn't mean you can't plan to show off today. Here's what Mobiado envisions you can do if you had the CTP002 and an Aston Martin.
The phone will connect with the car and its display. The car display will show a map with all local venues and your friends from Foursquare. The cameras integrated into the car can be set to snap a photo periodically and post it on Facebook or Twitter (nothing classier than telling the Internet how rich you are) and the CTP002's accelerometer will track the drivers body in case of a collision, giving the car's airbags better information on how to react.

Portable fuel cell chargers : Powertrekk charges gadgets over USB

I love this gadget, it's cool,....like review by www.engadget.com.
Portable fuel cell chargers have been around for years, but each seems to have lasered in on a single important quality thus far, such as a reasonable price, an easy refilling scheme, and a decent amount of power -- but never all of the above.
Well, it doesn't look like MyFC's Powertrekk is the full package either, but it does have a pretty sweet looking case, which holds not only a disposable sodium silicide container to generate the hydrogen gas (which then gets recombined with oxygen in a proton exchange membrane to produce 1000mAh of usable electricity) but also a 1600mAh lithium-ion battery which can provide up to one amp of juice. This way, you've got a backup battery if you misplace your cans of fairy dust, and a buffer for the fuel cell too, allowing you to keep those volts in powder or electrochemical form instead of carting around combustable hydrogen -- which is always a nice bonus when you think about it. Shame there's no word on price quite yet, but you can see how it all works in a video after the break.

Germany Strives To Be Data-Security Leader

Germany's justice minister Sabine Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger has announced a new German foundation to explore data security issues, such as how a high security standard could be used to competitive advantage and develop technology to protect user privacy. If you don’t know about the difference you need to know that the different between the locked mobiles and unlocked mobile is that a locked mobile can only be accessible with specific carrier from where it has been issued. These mobiles are useable for single network service providers. However, the unlocked mobile can be operated with any of the network carriers. As the unlocked mobile comes directly from its manufactures i.e. Nokia, Apple etc. They are not bounded with specific carriers. They get into operations by just performing one step that is inserting the Sim card and enjoy the services of the service provider according to your choice. (image take from softdistrict.com)

Most of the mobile user’s population votes for the unlocked mobiles as they are operated on the user choice. All Unlocked mobile have sim cards, sim cards operate as a medium between the user and the carrier. The best thing for sim card is that if anything goes wrong with your mobile you can easily transfer your sim to new mobile. And this is only possible if you have unlocked mobile. Whenever you get bored with your network services you can easily change your network by having Sim card of other network and enjoy the taste of varieties.

The main issue with the locked mobile is that it is difficult to switch your network to a new one without buying a whole new mobile set with a new sim. The other thing about locked mobile is that the older phone becomes useless for any other carrier. And if the mobile set is expensive then you need to stick with your service provider and it will never give you a chance to adopt any change in the carriers. Users like unlocked mobile due to its less issues. Applications that work on android powered devices can be developed with the help of Android APK that offers the tools and APIs. Apache licensing was given to most of the Google Android codes. It was offered as free software and an open source. With the Google android, managed codes can be written in java language.
Being the first Android phone application available from Motorola, needless to say the Motorola Back flip was highly anticipated upon its initial release. With its unique design, never before seen touchpad, Android operating system, and multiple applications, the Back flip is a delight for any mobile phone enthusiast or average user.

Surprisingly the more android phone application is growing in terms of their usage and convenience, the situation is becoming critical just like a blockage in the heart. You must be wondering what is so critical about the most user friendly and brilliant invention. It is the text messages while driving which is increasing the danger and threat on human life. The reason is text messages are becoming a big source of distracted driving, bigger than alcohol.

If you want to own a mobile phone and make others envy you, then HTC Hero must be your choice. The phone offers an exotic experience. It is a phone which will surely lend an exalted touch to your personality. Android phone application has been a hot pick by all gizmo freaks because of the unmatched features it offers. So what's the answer?
Provide as many different customization options as possible so that it's easy for everyone to have the backgrounding style they want. Multifl0w used in conjunction with Backgrounder should be able to provide you with the options that suite your preferences. Using Multifl0w without Backgrounder on iOS4 will function like Apple's switcher, apps stay "open" in memory (although not actually running). Using Multifl0w without Backgrounder on 3.1.x is not advised, because apps will be closed as soon as they are exited. However, Multifl0w does not force Backgrounder to be installed on any OS version for maximum flexibility.
for more information U can visit here : http://gizmodo.com/5619612/how-to-get-expose+style-multitasking-on-your-iphone-or-ipad

iPhone Killer - LG GW990???

The upcoming LG Electronics GW990 smartphone looks, and feels, like it could be a real hit when it finally gets to the market in the second half of the year. Although exact specs haven't been released yet, it looks to be about 6 inches long and 2.5 inches wide, making it longer than any smartphone I've seen or used before. (Picture take from : http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget.com/media/2010/01/lgxye01picture-15.jpg)

Notably, the GW990 will run on the second-generation Atom-based Moorestown processor. Moorestown will help support 720p high-definition video in 3D on the phone's 4.8-inch diagonal screen. (It's not quite five inches as some reports have indicated.)
You'll know this device as the 4.8-inch revolutionary intent on making us fall madly in love with MIDs all over again (or should that be for the first time?). Good thing then that we now know it as the device that bears a thousand Engadget fingerprints.

The Moorestown-powered GW990 from LG has finally become official and we have to say it is exactly the huge slab you might imagine it to be. In terms of specs, it comes with 16GB of built in flash memory and 512MB RAM, and 720p output is possible if the 1020 x 480 screen resolution isn't enough for you. Chunky, sturdy and curved in all the right places, it's an appealing device even if it suffers from a bit of an identity crisis. Powered by Moblin and primarily marketed as a 3G device, we were told by LG that -- behind the 1,850mAh battery and alongside the MicroSD expansion slot -- your SIM can make a home, and some such AT&T appendages have already been spotted inside this... smartphone? The UI at present is just a standard S-class layered on top of Moblin, giving us no cause for excitement, but we were reassured that LG will be offering many other OS options when the device shows up in the second half of this year. Anyhow, enough blabbering from us, check out the gallery below and don't forget the vid after the break.

Article take from : www.computerworld.com and www.engadget.com

Spy Cam Power from fluorescent bulbs

Apart from many spy gadgets that you have seen, now making it more eco friendly, the Japanese company NEC has developed a wire less spy camera that generates power energy from fluorescent light bulbs. WirelessHD, championed by SiBEAM Inc. of Sunnyvale, Calif., is designed specifically to link set-top boxes and Blu-ray players to TV sets. WHDI, invented by Amimon Corp. of Israel, uses Wi-Fi-like technology to do the same thing.

Ali Sadri, chairman of the newly formed Wireless Gigabit Alliance and an Intel executive, said WiGig was not a direct competitor to technologies like WirelessHD, but has broader goals. It aims to link not just TVs, but cell phones, video cameras and PCs as well.

Both WiGig and WirelessHD will use the 60 gigahertz frequency band, a largely unused space in the airwaves that allows for extremely high transfer speeds at short ranges. Sadri said WiGig will be capable of transfers at 6 gigabits per second, roughly fast enough to transmit the contents of a DVD in 15 seconds.

The WiGig Alliance aims to complete a "specification," or basic blueprint for compatible devices, late this year. The group is comprised of law enforcement, business and computer security professionals.

The latest Facebook phishing scam is "not widespread and only impacted a tiny fraction of a percent of users," said Facebook spokesman Barry Schnitt. "We've been updating our monitoring systems with information gleaned from the previous attacks so that each new attack is detected more quickly."

Some Facebook users said they knew of several other users who also received the suspicious e-mails.

"We have already blocked links to these new phishing sites from being shared on Facebook, have had them added to the 'block' list of the major (Web) browsers and have begun working with partners to have the sites taken down completely," Schnitt said. "We're also cleaning up phony messages and 'Wall' posts and resetting the passwords of affected users."

Facebook and other social networking sites, including MySpace and Twitter, have had problems previously with phishing. But Facebook, the largest of such sites, with more than 200 million users, seems to have been more of a target for the phishing attempts in recent weeks.

Earlier this month, the company said on its security blog that in conjunction with MarkMonitor enterprise security firm, "we've responded to over 1,400 phishing sites, including over 240 since the beginning of this year."

Last week, some Facebook users found similar phishing e-mails in their in-boxes with the "Hello" greeting and the body of the message telling them to "Check 121.im" with "121.im" as the Web link that went to a fake Facebook page. Many of them logged in, giving their passwords.

"To combat these threats, we need users' help, too," Schnitt said. He said it is important for users to have an up-to-date Web browser that has strong anti-phishing features, such as Firefox 3.0.10 or Microsoft's Internet Explorer 8. (Msnbc.com is a joint venture of Microsoft and NBC Universal.)

Users should also make sure they're logging in from a "legitimate Facebook page with the Facebook.com domain," Schnitt said.

Program evil pirate Internet Search Results (GUMBLAR or JSRedir-R)

A group program called evil being known Gumblar (JSRedir-R) spread quickly on the internet. Gumblar may hijack search results search engine on the site without the victim. (picture from www.havenvideo.com)

DetikINET as quoted from DarkReading, Monday (18/5/2009), researchers from ScanSafe has issued warnings about Gumblar. Collection of programs that evil comes from this website to spread quickly to the site in 2300 when more than one weekend.

Gumblar originally infection quite a few sites that popular, like Tennis.com and Variety.com. One of the attack tactics hijack a browser that is used so that the search results on search sites like Google that lead to the desired site Gumblar.

ScanSafe says Gumblar have a lot of variation in the script used. Malicious programs can lead the victim to visit a particular site in order to increase traffic and ad sites.

Other scenarios are direct users to sites that contain other malicious programs. While the third scenario, which has not been found but is feared, is the direct users of e-commerce site or banking information for purposes such as stealing credit card numbers or online banking password. Malcode Gumblar this can also be stolen FTP credentials of the victim computer is infected.

Gumblar can steal confidential information, passwords, financial information, personal and sensitive information from internet users, and Gumblar or JSRedir-R is able to spread six times faster than other malicious programs. So be careful for computer users and website owners, scan your computer from spyware, and then change your FTP password from the computer that if the web server is suspected of being infected by Gumblar. Do not store the password in the program you use to upload files to the server. If possible, use a secure FTP connection (SFTP), and remove malicious code from a file server, the easiest ways is to replace all the files from the server backup your files.

take from many source
